User Data Deletion Instruction

This page explains how you may request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with the
Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

1. What Data We Can Delete

We can delete the following data upon request:

  • Your user account
  • Your personal profile information (name, phone number, address, email, etc.)
  • Any personal data that is not legally required to be retained

Once deleted, your account and personal information cannot be recovered.

2. What Data Cannot Be Deleted

Certain data must be retained to comply with Malaysian tax, audit, and legal requirements, including:

  • Invoices, payment records, and transaction documents
  • Data needed for fraud prevention or security (e.g., internal blacklists)
  • Any records we are legally obligated to preserve

These records will be stored securely and will not be used for marketing purposes.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your user account:

  1. Email us at hello@belen.life
  2. Use the same email address registered to your Belen account
  3. Include a simple statement such as:
    “I would like to request deletion of my user account and personal data.”

No additional forms or documents are required. We may contact you if further verification is needed.

4. Processing Time

We will process your request within 7–30 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

5. Effects of Account Deletion

  • Your account will be permanently removed
  • You will lose access to your order history
  • Any credits, rewards, or saved preferences will be deleted
  • You will be unable to log in unless you create a new account

Legally required transaction and accounting records will remain stored securely as required by law.
